UK MAINLAND ORDERS​

At Aurora Olivia, we understand the importance of timely delivery of your baby's essentials. Therefore we offer free standard delivery on all orders over £50 within the UK with code FREE50. For orders below £50, standard delivery will be charged at £3.95 subject to change where necessary. We use trusted and reliable delivery partners to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Standard orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days and delivered within 3-5 working days from dispatch. During busy periods, we may extend our dispatch times to accommodate, and will always inform customers via our Instagram page so make sure you are following us! Express Delivery can be purchased for £7.95 for next day dispatch and delivery within 1-2 working days from dispatch *not applicable on any orders containing pre-order items* Please contact us for any further information. Please note we also reserve the right to cancel or amend any orders at any time should we deem it necessary. On occasion during busy periods, stock levels may not update in time as we are a one woman band, therefore cannot guarantee all of your items will be in stock, we will always contact you regarding this before sending out your in stock items and clarify how you would like to proceed

BLOSSOM AND PEAR, INDIGO DREAMS AND LITTLE AND FERN ORDERS -​

Orders containing items from any of our Australian brands on occasion may be subject to a 2-4 week estimated delivery timeframe. Placing an order is agreeing to these terms. Should you wish to receive your order sooner, please make appropriate contact first to make sure we can accommodate, we will always have your orders sent out to you as soon as we possibly can.

CHANNEL ISLANDS AND NORTHERN IRELAND ORDERS

Shipping to Channel Islands and Northern Ireland is currently on hold due to new laws which we need time to get our heads around.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS​

We can offer international shipping to select countries, please contact us for further information to see if we can accommodate.

PRE-ORDERS​

Pre-orders are available for certain items and allow customers to reserve products before they are officially released or before they have arrived to our dispatch facility. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated shipping timeframe, which may be subject to change based on production and fulfillment schedules. While we strive to fulfill pre-orders promptly, please note that delivery times are an estimate and may vary.

If your order includes both pre-ordered and in-stock items, your entire order will be held until all items are available for shipment. Alternatively, you may choose to place separate orders for immediate shipment of in-stock products. For any questions regarding pre-order status or shipping, please contact us via our social media pages, or via email.

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate your trust in our products, however, rest assured, that if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we'll do our utmost to assist in fixing the problem. Our Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy ensures a hassle-free experience for our valued customers. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided that items are unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached. You as the customer are liable for the cost of the return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, with shipping costs non-refundable. Exchanges are available upon product availability. Damaged or defective items may be replaced or refunded if reported within 48 hours of receipt.  Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. To initiate a return or exchange, kindly reach out to us by email at enquiries@auroraolivia.co.uk with your order details and reason for return and we will respond within 48 hours.
